Robert Schwan is an artist, musician and documentarian. He lives and works in Venice. His visual art is represented in several private collections. In 2010, he was given a featured artist exhibition at the Venice Art Walk.

His first solo show is scheduled for March of 2012 at the Here is Elsewhere Gallery.

Of his photography stories he writes:
I am attracted to visual remembrance as a part of the human legacy. With photography, I can select and share my perspective from the chaos of living action. I can mix images together to come up with something new. There is luck involved, like a fishing trip.
